Dr. Dexter Woods completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He then completed his medical school education at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, TN, followed by his Emergency Medicine Residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.
