All residents must pass a criminal background check before they are allowed to start work. Residents must pass USMLE Step 3 or COMLEX-USA Level 3 to be eligible for a third-year appointment. Failure to pass the required examination by the beginning of the third year of training will result in non-renewal of the resident’s contract.
Interview Information
We use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and adhere to its policies and guidelines. Our interviews are granted on a rolling basis by invitation only. Interviews will be held October through January on Mondays and Fridays with a few Wednesday interview opportunities.
Interview Day
We will be conducting all interviews virtually via Zoom. We hope to tell you everything you want to know about the area and about our program during the interview process. The interview day is designed to provide you with as much information about our program as possible, while giving us an opportunity to get to know you. You will interview with faculty and residents.
