Dr. Dressel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of St Thomas where he graduated with high honors. He attended medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine and was the recipient of the Community Oriented Primary Care scholarship. He completed his residency and chief residency at the University of Tennessee Internal Medicine Residency Program in Nashville and is a proud recipient of the Dr. Thomas Guv Pennington Award for the Embracement of Humanism in Medicine. He joined the residency core faculty in 2022 and currently practices internal medicine in the ambulatory setting. In July 2024, he took on the role as Associate Program Director.
